We were so pleased with the work that was performed on our lift. The technician arrived early within the window of time we were given. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and offered suggestions to increase the performance and longevity of the lift. We had a service contract with another company for 6 years and never experienced this degree of maintenance on the equipment. If possible, I would like to request the same technician, although I do feel most confident with any of your staff after this very positive experience. Thank you. – Joanne

I have for years used another company for my home elevator and after three expensive visits, the problem was not repaired.
