Honesty is the most important thing to me when I’m letting someone work on my elderly parents house. The Crown service tech was very professional and very experienced. His assessment and repair of my elevator saved me from being scammed by another elevator company that wanted almost 6000.00 to replace parts that were in perfect working order. We were so pleased with the work that was performed on our lift. The technician arrived early within the window of time we were given. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and offered suggestions to increase the performance and longevity of the lift. We had a service contract with another company for 6 years and never experienced this degree of maintenance on the equipment. If possible, I would like to request the same technician, although I do feel most confident with any of your staff after this very positive experience. Thank you. – Joanne
